Waterproof Cotton Canvas:

The bell tent is built with 100% cotton canvas, and all seams are double stitched for corners reinforcement, your naughty pets, cats or dogs, can not tear the tent with their claws. We have used a water treatment to ensure the canvas is completely waterproof and blocks sunshine for cool shade while keeping the excellent breathable nature of cotton. So you can spend a warm, dry night even in rainy and rough field.

Windproof Structure:

The tent comes with a complete tool kit, all packed in the waterproof tent bag, including a solid steel center pole, galvanized steel door poles, strong guylines, and steel stakes, which can support the tent against a storm. Additionally, you can quickly complete the setup in 30 minutes or roll up the tent into a compact storage bag after use.

Cool & Comfortable in Summer:

The tent door and 4 windows are added with fine mesh covers for great ventilation and to keep the bugs out of the tent in summer. There are strategic roof vents for maximum ventilation. Of course, you can also zipper up the mesh windows and door according to your needs.

Stove Jack for Winter:

Our tent can serve you all year round. There is a stove jack in the tent for stove heating in winter. The thick PVC tarp groundsheet is adopted for resisting water, humidity and cold. It is perfect for camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, backpacking, trekking, mountaineering, etc.

30 day free returns

All Vevor products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact customer service at returns@glampinginstyletents.com and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue. Our customer service team will contact the supplier to arrange for a return/exchange of the product. If the return is deemed valid, we will send you a return shipping label. When our supplier receives the return, our customer service team will issue the refund/replacement. You will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

Reasons for free return:

      Reject the package directly if you receive it from the carrier damaged.

      If the wrong item was sent. Please send evidence!

      Issues with quality. Please provide us pictures/videos for evidence.

Reasons not supporting free return:

     Arrived too late. Free returns will not be offered if the delayed delivery was due to reasons outside of our control.

     You've decided you don't want/need/like the product. In this case, you'll have to pay shipping and a restocking fee to return the item.

     Without a manual. Contact us if the manual is missing or you need more assembly details.

     User error. Any damage caused by user error is not eligible for a return.
